We are Clifton, New Jersey's friendliest yoga studio. YogaCentric offers classes in vinyasa yoga. Our schedule contains classes ranging from the beginner to the advanced, catering to all yoga and fitness levels. Strengthen your body - stretch your mind.
Don't forget Mother's Day May 11th we will be having the 10 am class only. Yoga and Massage gift certificates make wonderful gifts for Mom.
Meditation will now be offered the first Wednesday of every month. The next meditation will be June 4th. This class will be on a donation basis with the proceeds going to different local charity.
Please join Jessica this Thursday May 15th at 7:30 PM for our Hot Vinyasa workshop. Many of you loved this class and some of you missed it so here is your chance to try it out. We won't be offering this class again until winter returns.
We are in our new location 238 Colfax Avenue, Clifton. Please enter in the back of the building, the parking is in the rear.
Children's Yoga is happening for children age 7 and over. Please feel free to drop in at $12 per class or 5 classes for $50. Classes are on Saturday 12:30-1:30 pm.New student special, 3 classes for $30.
