Kim Stevens-Redstone is a 500 hour certified trauma informed yoga therapist. She received her 200 hour certification at Yogacentric, and taught her for many years. She is excited to be back in her original yoga home studio to share her favorite life-changing practice with the community again.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation that brings you to the place right between dreaming and wakefulness. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restful and restorative as several hours of sleep.
