We are Clifton, New Jersey's friendliest yoga studio. YogaCentric offers classes in vinyasa yoga. Our schedule contains classes ranging from the beginner to the advanced, catering to all yoga and fitness levels. Strengthen your body - stretch your mind. .
Meditation will now be offered the first Wednesday of every month. The next meditation will be tomorrow,July 1st at 7:30 until 8:15PM. We are doing a school supply drive for St. Peters Haven, please bring in things kids need for their backpacks including pencils, pens, notebooks, calculators ect.
Holiday weekend schedule
Friday 9:30 AM All Levels, Saturday 9 AM All Levels, Sunday 10 Am All Levels. All other classes cancelled, enjoy the holiday.
We are in our new location 238 Colfax Avenue, Clifton. Please enter in the back of the building, the parking lot is in the rear.
